After being filtered by the high-efficiency air filter, clean air is sprayed out at high speed from the nozzle of the air shower room. The nozzle angle can be adjusted, which can effectively blow away the dust attached to the surface of people or carried items. The blown dust is then recovered into the primary air filter, and this cycle can achieve the purpose of air shower.

Note: There are 6 sets of nozzles for a single person and 9 sets for a double person, which can be configured for automatic control of spraying. The two doors are interlocked and automatically closed through photoelectric sensing, providing convenience for people (goods) to enter and exit.

The air shower room consists of a roof cover, a box body, a chassis, front and rear doors, a secondary filter, a fan, and electrical control functions. It has a compact structure, is sturdy and durable, and is aesthetically pleasing.

working principle

After the power is turned on (press a button to turn on the power, press it again to turn off the power), the air shower room enters the working state. The staff can start the low-noise fan for air shower before turning it on. The air in the air shower room is pressed into the static pressure box through the pre filter, and then pressed out through the filter. The purified air is sprayed out at high speed from the nozzle on the side of the box through the secondary filter device. The clean air blown out can remove the dust carried by people and goods, achieving the purpose of air shower dust removal. After a few seconds of air shower time (the blowing time can be set), the air supply will automatically stop, and the staff can enter the purification workshop from behind.

Installation and use

1. When installing, first place the chassis in the correct position, and then install the two sides of the box on the chassis. After installing the top cover and various fixing parts, connect all electrical connection wires, fix the front and rear door frames, door leaves, and decorative strips. Inject sealant into each joint and clean the external dirt and dust.

2. The power supply of this device should be connected to the power supply of the purification room, so that it can share the power supply with the purification room and be used synchronously.

Maintenance and upkeep

After using for a period of time, if the surface of the air pre filter turns black and the dust holding capacity increases, and the nozzle wind speed slows down, the pre filter can be removed and rinsed with clean water, dried in the sun, and then reinstalled for use. Pre filters can generally be reused 3-5 times and should be replaced with new filter media. After 18 months of use, the secondary filtration device should also be replaced to ensure purification efficiency and air velocity.
